Wade’s Chronology

This ia a selection from “British History, Chronologically Arranged, comprehending a classified account of Events and Occurrences in Church and State and of the constitutional, political, commercial, intellectual, and social progress of the United Kingdom from the first invasion by the Romans to the accession of Queen Victoria”, by John Wade, 3rd edition, 1844.

The book (1100 pages of tiny print) offers a severe challenge to my OCR program, so I will not be attempting to put up the whole thing. As a sample, here is the period 1830-2, including the French, Belgian and Polish Revolutions and the Great Reform Bill. The only parts I have omitted are the very lengthy obituaries of Sir James Macintosh, Jeremy Bentham, and Sir Walter Scott.
